I have always had a passion for women's health, however, my drive to help others navigate the difficult world of fertility and conception started after my own battle with (in)fertility.

During our treatment, my husband and I realized the lack of education and support that was available to patients, especially in our local region, Simcoe County.

 

Our daughter, named Sunday, was conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and born September 2023. Since our journey began, I have had many ideas of how to help provide support to the families facing similar circumstances, and now JC RN Fertility Education has officially been launched.

 

My husband, Nathan and I, are elementary school sweethearts and have been through life together since the age of 13. We're truly best friends, and still enjoy laughing together everyday. Nathan was an absolute star during our fertility treatment and receives many mentions on my site and in my support courses. Now as a family, including our fur baby, Carter, we enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and rock climbing.

I have spent 10 years working in community medicine, first as a medical administrator and now after graduating York University Summa Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as a Registered Nurse. I love the unique connection that working in community health provides with my patients as they grow and change. Now, my hopes are to bring this type of personal connection into the fertility world as I support my clients and families through their (in)fertility journeys.
